Pricing and availability
We list availability and pricing information for our products sold on this website.
All pricing is stated in British Pounds Sterling. VAT applies at 15% (Purchase Tax) and the total price including VAT will be stated.
Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Evidence Solutions Limited, you will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us at the time we send the payment complete notification to you.
If the invoice has been dispatched and if it contains the Registration Key the order may not be canceled as the Registration Key has been provided and the product can be unlocked.
Delivery
Our products is via electronic download or by post. There are no export restrictions on this. Payment is required in advance of delivery.
Returns
Our products are sold on a firm order basis only and cannot be returned once packaging seals have been broken. Only defective returns will be accepted for replacement Damaged in transit CDs or faulty downloads will be promptly dealt with by Evidence Solutions and a replacement made available.
Your conduct on this website
You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You understand that you, and not Evidence Solutions Limited, are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the website for lawful purposes only.
